ABSTRACT
The article reports that Indianapolis, Indiana-based Wellspring Pharmacy started offering aromatherapy through its two retail pharmacies. According to the author, aromatherapists use essential oils in their attempt to boost the immune system by reducing stress and pain. Aromatherapist and Wellspring complimentary medicine consultant Pam Conrad notes that aromatherapy is a form of alternative therapy, focusing primarily on the problem of stress. The products and services that Conrad offers through Wellspring are mentioned, as well as examples of essential oils and their uses.
