ABSTRACT
The article offers information sound equipment used in the live recording of "The Black Parade" from My Chemical Romance in Oakland, California. According to monitor engineer Ivan Laporte, the bandmembers use a combination of in-ears and wedges. Laporte mixes on a Yamaha PM5D using all onboard effects and dynamics.
