The article reports on the ratings of cable program series. The ratings beat for cable's original scripted series and two veterans are continuously rising. Sunday-night dramas "Side Order of Life," and "State of Mind," are becoming household ratings average. Other programs are appearing in the ratings program and it is really a competitive environment.
