ABSTRACT
The article reports that Leggett and Platt, a components supplier, has signed an agreement with Invention Machine Corp. (IMC), a software provider, to expand the use of IMC's Goldfire Innovator software throughout the company. According to Leggett, the software will help it effectively uncover technology synergies and drive innovation. Furthermore, the software will expedite the implementation of Leggett's "Win 70/30" innovation effort.
