ABSTRACT
The article reports on the sale of two charity farms in England. It is stated that Savills' Tony Morris-Eyton is selling the 517-acre arable Charity Farm at Burlton in Shropshire and is hoping to make over £2.15 million. The other farm, the 311-acre dairy Charity Farm at Thornton le Dale in North Yorkshire, is said to be on the market with Bedale agent Robin Jessop for £2 million.
