ABSTRACT
The article reports on plans by Charter Communications to distribute co-branded phone books with Yellow Book USA. The venture is expected to drive Charter's digital-telephone service into small businesses, while also providing the operator with a book for residential customers which does not serve as an advertising vehicle for the incumbent competitor. The partnership will benefit both in the small business market segment.
