ABSTRACT
The article reports on the completion of Sandvine Corp.'s acquisition of CableMatrix Technologies Inc. and Simplicita Software Inc. Intricately, the company stated that the purchase price includes $4.5 million in cash, 900,000 Sandvine common share, and 600,000 shares if certain sales targets and business metrics are met by 2008.
