ABSTRACT
The article discusses the implications of defective light truck radial tires towards Foreign Tire Sales Inc. According to the author, Foreign Tire Sales Inc., founded by Richard Kuskin, was held accountable for the importation of 450,000 radial tires which were found out to be defective. The radial tires have insufficient gum strips between the belts which often results to belt and tread separations.
