ABSTRACT
The article reports on the increase of imports for specialty steel products in the first quarter of the year 2007 in the U.S. According to the Specialty Steel Industry of North America (SSINA), the imports of such materials has increased by 13% compared to the imports in the first quarter of 2006. Specialty steel products include stainless steel sheet, plate, bar, rod, and wire.
