ABSTRACT
The article reports on the completion of Alcoa for the formation of a soft-alloy extrusion joint venture with Sapa Group in the U.S. The joint venture includes the contribution of soft-alloy extrusion business of Alcoa into a joint venture company named Sapa AB which will be considered the world's largest aluminum profile company. The joint venture company has the annual sales of $4.5 billion and employed 12,000 employees.
