ABSTRACT
The article reports that a management buy-out of the electromechanical division of Compstock Electronics has created a specialist connector distributor for Tyco Electronics Corp. The company will re-adopt the name of Flightspares Electronics which has not been used by the business since the late 1990s. New company MD, Paul Green said there were benefits in resurrecting the association between Tyco and the Flightspares name.
