ABSTRACT
The article focuses on a problem faced by a user of Microsoft Corp.'s operating software Vista beta. The downloading of Vista for user Steve Linter became problem when after several hours, his dialog box confidently announced that 228% of the download was now in the bag, leaving just another three-and-a-quarter hours to go to reach the target. Vista beta was launched in September 2006.
