The article provides information on Jack Daniel's Faux Faulkner Contest at Elaine's Restaurant in New York. The selection of entries and winner of the seventh annual Faulkner write-alike competition have been judged by various judges including George Plimpton, Arthur Schlesinger Jr., and Tom Wicker. The winning entry of the said contest will be published in the July-September 2006 issue of "The Faulkner Newsletter."
