The article presents survey results from a Forrester Research report on health insurance Web sites. According to the report, health insurance Web sites should be improved to better reflect the companies' products and corporate image in order to attract more uninsured consumers. The article discusses customer services, sales transactions, and details of the survey. A chart comparing differences in how uninsured persons researched health insurance companies and plans in 2005 and 2006 is presented.
