ABSTRACT
The article reports that two computer firms Tranquil PC of Manchester and Worcestershire-based Evesham Technology have joined Via Technologies Inc., a carbon-free computing initiative. The firms will be offering models whose indirect carbon production in three years of operation is offset by tree planting and other projects. Via now offsets the carbon produced by all its C7-D processors through green projects worldwide.
