Reliance picks Dow for Jamnagar PP plant

The article reports that Reliance Petroleum has selected Dow Chemical's Unipol process for its 900,000 tonne/year polypropylene (PP) project in Jamnagar, Gujarat state, in western India. With two reactor lines, each with a 450,000 tonne/year capacity, the plant will produce a range of homopolymers for the Asian market.
