ABSTRACT
The article reports that Borouge and Borealis had developed the world's first fully-integrated automotive fender module designed to consolidate various functions. The fender, or car wing, is made from a thermoplastic polyolefin (TPO) compound, and has been specifically tailored to meet BMW's specifications for improved production cost, safety, high quality aesthetics and environmental performance. Borouge is a joint venture between Abu Dhabi National Oil Company and Borealis.
