The author focuses on the appointment of Ralph Scozzafava as the vice chairman and chief executive officer (CEO)-designate of Furniture Brands International Inc. in the U.S. The author has conducted an interview with Scozzafava to ask him about his credentials since he is not from the furniture industry.
