The article presents the author's life changing experience with macrobiotics. Fran Verma is a macrobiotics practitioner who lives in New Jersey with her family. She follows the teachings and principles of George Ohsawa considering him as his spiritual guide. She tells of the story when she finally started to adopt macrobiotics in her cooking and their home.
