ABSTRACT
The article describes a taste of health holistic holiday at sea on board a luxury cruise ship. The Costa Magica is an ocean-going mini-Miami Beach that could accommodate 2,700 guests and have 1,000 crew members. It also a theatre and three restaurants, health spa and gym, and other amenities. The ship caters to high-end vacationing venue for macrobiotics study and practice.
