ABSTRACT
The article presents several comments from readers of "Farmers Weekly" on the use of barbed wire alongside public paths. One reader says that barbed wire should be removed on grounds of danger to path users. Meanwhile, one reader says that the local council where he lives is most upset with the use of barbed wire adjacent to the highways or footpaths.
