12 producers battle to produce the best steak

The article reports that twelve Scottish beef producers are set to compete to produce the best Scotch Steak at the Royal Highland Show and win a top prize of £1000. It is said that sirloin roasts from cattle reared by the 12 farmers have won through to the finals of the annual McIntosh Donald/Tesco Scotch Steak Competition in the preliminary judging at McIntosh Donald's Portlethen meat plant. These steaks will be grilled by celebrity chef Colin Capon, and judged for eating quality by an expert panel.
