ABSTRACT
The article reports that Norton Shores Fire Department fire fighters signs fitness agreement in Norton Shores, Michigan. The agreement was imposed on June 2007 which requires fire fighters to remain healthy while in contract and pass all medical examinations and physical-ability test to sustain their job. Norton Shores fire chief David Purchase states that he cannot believe that they are the only department who impose the program.
