ABSTRACT
The article reports on a letter of intent signed between D'Amico International Shipping and ST Shipping to form a 50:50 joint venture. The joint venture, which will own, charter and operate vessels, will be named Glenda International Shipping. It will take over the contracts for four 51,000 deadweight tonne chemical tankers being built at South Korean shipyard, SLS Shipbuilding.
