The article provides information on a workshop on new models for engaging workforce in creating a culture of quality to be held during the 15th Annual Leadership Summit and Health Forum to be held in the U.S. July 2007. It states that the workshop aims to examine the critical components of a culture of quality care and promote candid discussion of the challenges that are preventing greater success in simulating change. It highlights the role of hospital culture in the delivery of quality health care.
