ABSTRACT
The article reports that infrastructure software manufacturer Novell upgraded its SUSE Linux Enterprise Real Time software and forged partnerships to expand its Linux solution ecosystem. SUSE Linux Enterprise Real Time is an enterprise-class, open source real-time operating system. It is designed to support applications which require deterministic processing and speed. Maintenance update on the software delivers performance enhancements. Meanwhile, Novell signed a partnership with Concurrent Computer Corporation and Voltaire.
