ABSTRACT
The article provides an update on the expansion of Verizon internet service. High speed internet service can now be accessed by 19 cities and 6,400 customers in the state of Ohio. According to Mike Millegan, senior vice-president-general manager for Verizon Midwest region, they have provided rates and speeds that are more attractive that dial-up plans can offer. Verizon internet service also offers a 24/7 live customer support, nine e-mail accounts and 10 megabytes (MB) of personal Web.
