This article reports on the DARTmail electronic mail advertising software of DoubleClick Inc. DoubleClick leap into e-mail advertising with its several software. DARTmail for Publishers is an e-mail delivery and advertising-serving service. It allows the company to deliver customized editorial content and advertising based on the information users supply publishers when they register for a newsletter. DARTmail for Advertisers help marketers manage e-mail lists and deliver targeted e-mails to consumers. DARTmail Prospect offers advertisers the ability to buy e-mail lists. Lastly, DARTmail Network allows advertisers buying and publishers selling targeted advertising on e-mail newsletters.
