ABSTRACT
The article reports on the use of in light-sheet microscopy combined with fluorescence microscopy and plasma-induced laser-ablation methodologies by the scientists at the European Molecular Biology Laboratory to study in vivo biological functions and perform three-dimensional laser microsurgery in Heidelberg, Germany. The laboratory's single-plane illumination microscope was used by researchers. Laser microsurgery is performed in the optical setup.
