ABSTRACT
The article reports on the appointment of Dawn Nagle as marketing communications director at Wascomat company and the death of Jim Fletcher, former owner of Fletcher's Cleaners in Vancouver, British Columbia on April 26, 2007. Nagle will be responsible for the enhancement of the firm's product line through graphics and promotional material, as well as in the enhancement of sales. Meanwhile, Fletcher was the International Drycleaners Congress's provincial and international president.
