ABSTRACT
The article focuses on HLS Linen Services' facility, which started its operation on April 9, 2007 in Ottawa, Ontario. Such facility is a result of the partnership between the management team of Rocco Romeo and Pete Rainville with an aim to boost its business as it has the potential of efficiency. Part of such strategy was the collaboration of work researching ideas and laundry-related global visits with a goal of efficiency, environmentalism, industrial safety, and energy conservation.
