ABSTRACT
The article discusses the roles of the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims towards U.S. veterans. The Court has been established in November 1988 that aim on protecting the rights and claims of veterans in the event that the government would deny their claims. It was noted that the court is an appellate court which means, no jury, no witnesses and no courtroom theatrics. The Court's justices includes Chief Judge, William P. Greene Jr., Lawrence B. Hagel, William A. Moorman.
