Compass Group Brings 'Martin Yan' to New York

This article focuses on the service provided by celebrity chef Martin Yan at B&I restaurant in New York City as part of a deal with Compass Group. Martin has signed cookbooks and served at a customized serving station at the restaurant. Asian dishes that were served include crunchy Thai cucumber salad, spring rolls and Kung Pao chicken. According to executive chef Chris Ivens-Brown, the Martin Yan station will be available at every Compass Group account.
