ABSTRACT
The article focuses on a new food program introduced by Parkhurst Dining Services for the employees of Dick's Sporting Goods in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. The program enables employees to buy into a local farm and receive shipments of fresh fruits, vegetables, eggs and cheese. This program is the extension of Parkhurst's FarmSource program which is designed to support local farms.
