ABSTRACT
The article presents a case regarding donation of an organ from a dead person. According to the virtual ethics committee, the kidney should be transplanted to the son of the dead mother regardless of whether the UK Transplant will give the go signal. However, the committee should be ready for any professional or public consequences.
