The article offers yoga tricks for stressed-out staffers and lobbyists from Brittny MacCarthy, a yoga instructor for the Yoga at Work program of Tranquil Space, in the U.S. It states that the most important thing to do is to breath deeply and with concentration. The correct posture for a yoga is also provided. The right exercise to be done to get blood moving after hunching over a computer screen is also presented.
