ABSTRACT
The article reports on the failure of the U.S. Government Accountability Office (GAO) to share data with union-organizing representatives at a meeting held before a Personnel Appeals Board (PAB) judge, PAB Chairman Michael Doheny, in July 2007. Intricately, Doheny emphasized that GAO management has yet to share any relevant information with the International Federation of Professional and Technical Engineers.
