ABSTRACT
The article reports on the election of eight governors to the board of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts & Sciences. Four of the eight new governors are first-timers, while six incumbent governors were re-elected to another term on the 43-member board. New additions to the board include Henry Winkler, Vilmos Zsigmond and Richard Pearce.
