ABSTRACT
The article presents information on a study which focus on students' expectations for the future while taking their Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD)-accredited course in Great Britain. Results indicate that students take post graduate studies to have a career in human resources management (HRM). The study suggests that CIPD-accreditation was the most important factor for students when choosing their course.
