ABSTRACT
The article discusses ways an organization can create effective teams to cope with the needs and demands of the business. The first one is to instill a clear sense of purpose among the teams. Another one is to ensure that all human resource processes are structured to reflect the importance of teams. It is also advised to ensure that teams spend time and effort in building and maintaining the team.
