Pregnant staff still face discrimination

The article discusses a research conducted by "People Management" magazine which showed that pregnant employees still face discrimination in the workplace. 19% of personnel managers surveyed said that pregnant employees have approached them because of experiencing discrimination for being pregnant. But the research also found that attitudes are changing, with the majority of respondents saying that they thought treatment of employees have improved.
