The article reports on publication of the Discrimination Law Review by the British government in May 2007. Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD) adviser Dianah Worman said the review was desirable but must be practical. Trevor Phillips, chairman of the Commission for Equality and Human Rights said that they expect a final bill that would shift the drive for fairness in the courtroom battles for discrimination cases.
