The article reports that DirecTV Inc. and Lifetime Television has already settled their litigation in Los Angeles. Accordingly, DirecTV has withdrawn its breach of contract suit against Lifetime. In the other hand, Lifetime declined its counterclaim against the direct-broadcast satellite provider, as stated in a filing on June 26, 2007 in the U.S. District Court of Central California in Los Angeles.
