ABSTRACT
The article discusses various roles and responsibilities of clinical faculty in selected educational leadership programs by Donald G. Hackmann, an associate professor in the Department of Educational Organization and Leadership at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, Champaign, Illinois. Employing clinical professors in leadership preparation programs were recommended by the National Commission on Excellence in Educational Administration (NCEEA).
