The article discusses coaching as an important skill for any leader in today's business. Good coaches help people see the ultimate goal. Through their persistence, listening and direction, they influence them to perform and bring out the best in people. Several common traits are provided which include the need for understanding of where they are going, a refined sense of people's abilities and develop people by taking personal interest in their team and work hard for success.
