The article reports that Dana Gas has completed the acquisition of its affiliate Danagaz Bahrain. It is reported that the combined company plans to build, own and operate a gas liquids plant in Egypt. The plant will produce natural gas and propane and butane in liquid form. The agreements for completion of the project have been signed, including a long-term contract for supply of natural gas from Egyptian General Petroleum Corp. (EGPC).
