The article reports on the acquisition made by ProSiebenSat l, a pan-European TV group SBS Broadcasting to Puls TV, an Austrian free TV channel as impart of its expansion list of continental outlets. SBS group completes its acquisition agreement with price worth $4.44 billion featuring additional operation of 25 free TV stations, and 24 channels across the area. The company believes that the digital satellite expansion in Austria will bring faster growth of TV advertising market in the country.
