ABSTRACT
The article deals with the decision of sporting goods manufacturer AMPRO to select NetSuite customer relationship management portal and computer system to expand into the corporate merchandise market. The decision to migrate its entire inventory operation to NetSuite enables AMPRO to save time and focus more on its goal. The same convenience can not be said when AMPRO was still using its old system.
