ABSTRACT
The article discusses the decision of Horizon Healthcare Services to select Siebel Call Center, Siebel Sales and Siebel Service customer relationship management (CRM) solutions from Oracle to attract customers and inform them about its services. Horizon deemed it necessary to use these solutions as increased membership brought heavier call volumes and longer telephone queues.
