Agilysys acquires Infogenesis

The article announces that Boca Raton-based information technology (IT) solutions provider Agilysys Inc. has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire InfoGenesis, a privately held software vendor and solution provider to the hospitality market based in California. The deal, explains Agilysys' chairman Arthur Rhein, will strengthen the company's market presence in the hospitality industry, increase guest loyalty and overall profitability. The transaction is expected to close by June 2007.
